Architect sues club over his injuries during storm
A CEBUANO architect has filed a suit for damages against an elite club for its alleged failure to protect its guests and members from imminent harm. Augusto Villalon of Paradise Village in Barangay Banilad, Cebu City filed the P3-million suit before the Cebu Regional Trial Court against Manila Polo Club Inc. in Forbes Park, Makati City.
